History
In January 2005 Holding F.M. van der Vaart BV consisted of:
- Newton Technisch Bureau BV The Netherlands;
- BCK Holland BV The Netherlands;
- RoboPharma NL BV The Netherlands;
- RoboPharma U.K. Ltd. United Kingdom.
In March 2006, the following companies have been founded and joined the holding:
Holding F.M. van der Vaart BV is offering the following major product groups: components, assemblies and systems for production automation, belt conveyors, pharmacy automation equipment and robotic Point of Sales.
The group is operating in the following markets: automotive industry, plastic industry, food industry, household appliances, pharmaceutical industry, electronic industry, distribution systems, community pharmacies, hospitals and retail market with consumer goods.
Holding structure
Established in 1994 in Waalwijk- Holland, Newton Technisch Bureau BV was the first company of the holding. There, a team of engineers continuously and intensively works for defining, developing and testing new ideas. When an idea proves to have potential for the final customers, a new product will be brought to market.
